The service and delivery were excellant. I was in need of the Oak boards quickly. The young lady I spoke too was charming and on confirming the ones I wanted were in stock I had 'two minutes' to cut off time for next day delivery, she said she'd look out for the order and make sure it was put into the next day delivery. I made it with one minute to spare . Delivery was on time the next day, The boards were well packaged and no damage. Looking forward to seeing it in place. gordon selbie | Fareham | April 2023 You need to treat the wood to preserve it and help prevent warping i.e. they do need a bit of work before fitting. The non-visible side had some obvious scratches, not a problem as not visible but I did wonder if this was typical.
