Superb quality

Only ordered a basic shelf, however the timber was of excellent quality and machined to the exact dimensions ordered.. All aspects of the ordering process were adhered too..Quality product, quality service..

good wood but no longer optional finishes or drilling.

The quality of the wood is good however we are unlikely to use this firm again. I had some other shelves off them in the past and they were brilliant. they were supplied pre- drilled and finished. I wanted more of the same so went with them again so shelves would match but you no longer have the option to purchase pre drilled and wax finished, you have to do it yourself, luckily I have a friend with a drill press . A shame because the old shelves pre drilled and finished went up easily and looked great, now I've got to do it myself and I'm no skilled carpenter!! id say to oak store direct go back to doing what you did really well and provide the option to pay for the drilling and finishing. if you did that I would probably buy more off you in the future.
