Adding the flaming process enhances, ages and darkens the grain while showing off the true features of the oak recreating years of growth and natural beauty. The aged oak mantel has surface cracks, splits and character shakes that intensifies the appearance of this wonderful beam mantel. In addition, the flaming can vary in shade giving a real traditional style feature mantel.

Each oak beam mantel is custom manufactured to order using only the highest quality grade solid oak beams, Air dried and seasoned for for stability and mostly dry and taken shape before sawing, cutting and planing to the finished size.
