Returned Items

We offer a full returns policy and you are welcome for any reason to return any unwanted items to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received your item. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with any shrink wrap in tact. We can only accept opened items if they are faulty.

We do not offer a free returns policy and all retuerned items are the responsibility of the customer.

For return shipping we recommend using parcelmonkey.co.uk or parcel2go.com as a cost effective shipping method. For longer items interparcel.com offer services to UK mainland.

Items returned to us after our 28 day returns policy will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted for any custom made, partial multi-packs or any special offer orders.

To help process your refund efficiently please follow these steps below...

- Fill in the returns form and send it back along with your items
- Wrap all items securely to prevent transit damage
- For security reasons we recommend using a recorded delivery survive
- Returns cost is payable by the customer
- For faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us detailing the fault before returning your item

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the items back into our warehouse. You will be notified by email on receipt of your returned items.

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order free of charge for a full refund for orders that have not been dispatched. Dispatched orders will incur a 15% restocking charge and delivery charges will not be refunded.

Failed Delivery

For items returned to us by the courier for failed delivery we will not issue a refund for the original postage costs and a 15% restocking charge will apply.
