Product use Use Briwax Paste Wax on all types of wood to protect and nourish. It can also be used on lacquers and French polishes. Known for its quality and unique fragrant smell, Briwax Paste Wax is customarily used on antiques, and can be applied to modern furniture. Briwax Wax will protect your wood from dryness, whilst enhancing the natural beauty! Preparation Use Wax Polish Remover if necessary to clean wood of old wax and dirt. Application Apply Briwax Paste Wax with a cloth or stockinette in moderation on delicate or French polished surfaces. For a deeper saturation, use very fine steel wool (grade 0000). Allow to dry for approximately 20 minutes, or until touch dry and then buff with a clean cotton cloth or a furniture brush. If the wood is very dry or new, repeat the application, as a further two coats may be required. For a professional finish, buff with a furniture brush once the last application has dried. Please note: Always test Briwax Paste Wax on a discreet area to establish finished result. Maintenance When the surface begins to look dull and tired, re-wax as required. Do not wash with water.
